just picked up a new 135 for a sweet deal.
what stock list would u recommend for me.

depends from the size...a 8x2x2' should be ok for Arowanas (the smallest species!) or big species of Polypterus (e.g. ornatipinnis or endlicheri)..maybe with a black ghost knifefish!

What type of fish you looking for? if i had a 135gal i would do a planted tank with a school of neon tetras, a school of tiger barbs, and a few cory's, or a school clown loaches.

I would recommend getting fish that you like!..................why do people always ask others to recommend stocking??? Take charge man, get some fish you think are cool and enjoy!!

I recomend (its not necessary, but its my preference) that you keep with fish from one continent, or type (as in the guy that mentioned prehistoric fish earlier).
