New 140 needs some attention

I just picked up a free 140 gallon glass tank and the only issue with it is the back glass panes need resealed. here is a pic.

Would I just need some sealant and a couple longer clamps?

Any advice would help thanks 8)

Yup, I would seal inbetween the cracks & clamp it THEN seal the inside corner

aquarium caulking its safe for the fish

Ok cool. I have been researching what I can use. It seems that is what Ill be getting I am hoping my home depot carries it. I am going shopping for it tonight to get that panel back on! Wish me luck on the reseal.
