:( I've had him for almost two weeks since I 1st got him. I have the food thats hes been fed with (Mass. pelllets and hikari sticks) and when I throw em in he has no interest in eating at all... I believe its because of its tankmates (12"oscar, JD, Severum, 9" royal clown knife, Two 15" Endlicherri Bichirs, and 8" ornate bichir) but at the same tinme my aro was previously house with two ofther aros, five 15+ P. bass, and dozens of bichirs so theyre i dont think its the tanksmates but just the process of getting used to my tankj... what do u guys think? any suggestions of what to feed him? should I try feeding something else? ***he does not eat feeders, pellet raised by previous owner, ganster!***

does he come to top of tank when others are feeding, oscars will get theirs first, but have you tried frozen bloodworms or mysis shrimp. Mine would eat them frozen and would take the big pieces of frozen bloodworms and swim with rest of chunk hanging out of moutha round tank. Is any of them chasing him or intimidating him at meal time. Be careful because that is when mine eventually got aggressive, feeding time

Check your water. Also, with five 15in pbass and two other aro, you may want to add plenty food, because the pbass may eat all the food before your new aro gets a chance

Feel free to shoot me a txt whenever. It could be your water quality. Up your wc's up to 50% each time you do them. That aro is not picky at all. It ate hikari food sticks, massivore, tilapia etc. It has been a week at most since I sold you that aro.

My previous aro was with an Oscar and they really didn't get on r u sure he's not bein bullied

Out of curiousity...did u measure the silver at 16 or was that a guess? Im sure its closer to 20" cause those endi's are 14in.
