HEY GUYS!!! Great news I was tired of that little 55 gall and went to a 180. (wanted a 250 but only had enough for the 180) I am so excited!!! I am going to move the Rose Queen and JD to the 180 and was wondering since I got the new room If I could add a Tiger Oscar to the tank with the Rose and JD. I will keep the Jag in the 55. I found that when I went to go pick up the big tank that they had an awsome colored tiger oscar the same size as mu rose. Could they live together. He is the prettist oscar I have every seen. He has more orange than any other I have ever seen. I am soexcited to get this 180 up and running!!! :woot:

i dont even no what a mu rose is but if u get that oscar i would love to see it.
 
If the oscar has some size on the rose queen and jd then it might work, If he's not be prepared with a divider on hand in case someone gets picked on. Also the jag will need a bigger tank in the future. What kind of filtration are you using? If it's really good maybe you can add a few more cichlids to disperse the aggresion.
 
The oscar does have some size on the rose queen. The rose queen is about 7" and the Oscar I want is about 8 or 9 probably more about 9. The Jd is 6". I am using alot of filtration on this thing. I am not sure of what kind but I have conducted a water test and there has been no ammonia and I keep it vey clean constantly doing maintanince. when I see waste I get it out.
 
Ok so I'll swap out the jag with the Jd then the oscar will be ok with the rose queen and them? He is a little larger than the Rose.
