I am new to this forum and was hoping for some guidance. Currently, I have a 60 gallon with a super nice SRT(7-8”) and 40 gallon breeder currently being used as a quarantine tank while I stock my 180 with SA/CA cichlids that I mostly get from TUC, COA and some from LFS and other sources. I have been told that the best way to keep aggressive cichlids is to somewhat overstock. I currently have or on order 17 cichlids all 3”-5” including: 2 Red Devils, green terror, true red terror/festae, black nasty, RTM, green Texas, convict, vieja melanura, Amphilophus flaveolous, Amphilophus istlanum, Amphilophus yellow lab, 2 pearlscale(Thai) carpintis, mini dovii, Cuban, and a rose queen. Any thoughts or advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
