Final got a 180 gallon, been wanting one for a while but the girlfriend did not like the idea.

Sand took ages to clean but was worth it in the end as the water is now clear.

Got a FX6 and i have to say so far i'm not never impressed. I have owned a few fluval filter, normally quiet happy with them but this one seems to be not very well thought out and the build quality poor. Hoping it will do the job, i have the FX6 and a sponge filter with a power head rated at 250 G/H.

Now i just need to sit, wait and picked my fish out.

looks awesome! what type of sand? If its not pfs its gonna take a long while for it to clear

Its pretty clear already had the filter running for 24 hrs and put a load of filter floss in it.

The sand is just normal aquarium sand i wanted a bit of a darker color.

oh cool. what you thinking for stock?

Congratulations!:) A 180 is a really awesome size tank. I have a 150 gal tank...and really would like a 180 for the extra tank depth!
