New 240 Ordered Today Yaaaaaay

I have just ordered my new 8 x 2 x 2 with low iron glass front panel and new stand and hood
Only problem now is waiting the 10-12 weeks for completion and delivery it is going to drive me crazy. At least it will give me time to get on with the new background and get the equipment sorted for the drip system and drainage that is needed.
I am sure i will be doing a thread on the background which should be fun, just got to get the styrene and get on.

I need to renovate the rest of the house before I can go bigger then my 125. I just want my sting ray community tank in my basement man cave. One day....

I am going from a 5 x 2 x 2 upto the 240 must be honest didnt think i would get the better half to agree to anything that big but she did
although I am sure it will end up costing me in the end, but I will worry about that later

I have to be honest I thought I would be waiting that long for a tank this size,never in my wildest dreams did I think that my good lady would say yes

I may well end up having to redo the dinning room before the tank arrives , a small price to pay IMO.
Got the lil one's dealt with years ago infact one of my lil one's now is 17 an 6' 4" tall lol
I will be doing a set up thread to cover some of the things I am planning.

Shortly after this I would think I would be needing hospital care.But hey no pain no gain
