Im getting a new 290 gallon this month and i have been making a list of what fish i want. I would like to hear your opinions about the list and compatability. Im not saying i want all these fish in the tank these are just the fish im thinking about. The tank is 72x30x31.

The List:
1 Arawana
2 Jardini
3 Royal Knife
4 Amazon Puffer (Colomesus Asellus)
5 Ornate Bichir
6 Delhezi Bichir
7 Royal Panaque LO83
8 Ageneiosus Brevifilis
9 Wide Bar Datnoid
10 Short Body Paroon Catfish
11 Florida Gar
12 Royal Clown Loach
13 Mekong Sand Shark
14 Red Serverum
15 Gold Serverum
16 Channel Catfish
17 Irwin's Soldier Catfish

definitley an aro, dats, and some bottom dweller. And if you can get some monster clown loaches

Channel cat will get too big, and good luck finding a short body paroon.....

I would go with arowanas, dats, and some cats that stay smaller.

Remember how aggressive and nasty Jardinis get when they pass the 8 inch mark though.

Carl.

a jardini is an arowana

the short body parroon wont be easy to find, and even if you do find one you better shell out some heavy cash.

mekong sand shark? what the hell is that? google was no good. if thats the mekong catfish you better dump that idea NOW!!

that puffer is alittle small for those monsters.........

someone was selling them a while back i mean the Mekong sand sharks but to me they kind of looked like a devil catfish.
