He is about 4 inches and i have had him about a week.I also have a 3 inch Pictus,a 3 inch Syndontis"lace"cat and a 4 inch channel cat and they all eat like pigs,my 4-line wont eat,what could the problem be???

We require more information, tank size, you gave other occupants allready, are there any other fish you didn't list?, what you are feeding, your water parameters, how the tank is decorated, how long has the tank been set up, and how long has that particular fish been in there.
It is a 100 gal tank,plenty of rockwork(like a S.A+C.A cichlid set up)my ph is always at 7.0,i feed Flakes,pellets for Cats,shrimp,Smelt and occasionally small feeders.Other tankmates include a Wolf Fish(3 inches)and a Midas (2 inches).Since this post he has taken several guppies(at the speed of light!!!)but nothing else.I have 2 Aquaclear 500's for over filteration and do water changes every 4 days.I have had him about 2 weeks now.
