new 55 gallon tank

Hi all I am new to saltwater tanks. I am looking to make a Reef Tank with soft corals and a few fish. I have a 55 gallon tank a 29 gallon sump/refugium. I have a Catalina 48 inch BLACK SOLAR T5 HO - 6 X 54W, 75/150 GPD 4 Stage RO DI Water Filter, Aqua C EV-120 Protein Skimmer, 2 Hydor Theo 200 Watt Aquarium Heater, and 2 Koralia 2 and a RIO 10HF return pump.I am looking at 75 pounds of live rock, 2 inches of sand and live sand ( I have not done the math on how may pounds it will be )and what sand do yall recommended . I am still lookin at coral but i know i want 2 green Zoo Polyp, 1 or 2 Velvet Coral, 1 Red Carnation Coral and 1 Blue Ridge Coral. The fish I am look at are a Black Cap Basslet, 2 Ocellaris Clownfish, a Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse and a Onespot Foxface Rabbitfish. Any suggestions or recommendation would be appreciated
