Would like a highly populated peacock tank, with really good plecos to clean it up.....

Plecos are awesome, but cleaning a tank they do not do, their poo strings are often longer than they are. Neither do synodontis, but they mix well with africans.

Albino bristle nose plecos eat green algae throughout their life and don't get enormous.

+1 on the pleco poo strings. I sometimes have so much pleco crap at the bottom of my tank that I wonder if algae isnt actually more attractive.

i gave my pleco away because he pooped so much i would wake up to s string of poo going from one side of the tank to the other

BSN plecos are great. Common plecos are a disaster and create much more waste than they clear. Load it up with 3-4 baby BSN and they will keep it clean for their entire life. The grow slow and never get huge.

As far as peacocks, there are countless options.
