new 6 foot 4 inch fish discovered in NA

a species of fish was discovered as of late in Baltimore
it measures 6 feet 4 inches and weighs 195 pounds
it has been clocked at over 2 meters per second
the new species seems to be amphibious and appears to have advanced lungs
the fish appears to have no dorsal fin
2 caudal fins
and 2 pectoral fins
it is not sure how wide spread the species is as it has been seen in beijing over the last few weeks
scientists are calling the fish michaelus phelpsamus
but its common name is michael phelps
