New 6 in. BGK

I got him today. He seems a little territorial but otherwise a good fish. He ate some bloodworms and a piece of smoked salmon The tip of his tail was
bitten off by another fish. It was like that when it was delivered to the pet store. Do you think it will grow back?

the part that got bit off. is it like a piece of fin or like a bone?

I think its just the fin because the fish is behaving fine.

yes it will. when i had a bgk, his tail was bitten almost completely off when I got him. After about a month you couldn't tell a difference.

It was bitten off to the white part

Thank you for your replies. Its ok to feed fish some smoked salmon once in a while right? Cuz all of my fish love it, even my goldfish
