My latest project in its infant stages. The sand is laid out and the tank is only holding water right waiting for the sand to settle.
75 lbs of white sand
Penguin bio-wheel 350
75 gallon rated marineland air pump with an air wand at the back
I've got some large dark wood soaking right now in for its second day in a big rubbermaid. Also have some large white rocks that have been scrubbed and are soon in for a sun baking. As well as 3 giant fancy plants bamboo style in fill in the back.
As for fish I now have a very young oscar, less then 2 inches, in a smaller tank going in. Thinking about a small school of barbs or serpae tetras. Just got that idea from another post on here, thanks sarah88. And a pitcus catfish or more realistically a stripped raphael cat.
I may be pushing it already for the long hual but how about a pair of breeding cons? Or maybe something in the that area maybe smaller?
so here's some early snaps
the 3 driftwood. 2-26x5x6 and 1-8x4x4
ill resize the next images when i update. thanks for looking.
