New 65g - enough flow?

Just scored a 65g for free from someone who was getting rid of it.I'm going to be stocking it with my 6" flowerhorn and maybe a blood parrot or two ,the pump i got runs at 1565lph/413gph.I will be setting up an overhead sump on it,do you think this is enough turnover (x6)?

Thanks.I did have a flowerhorn in with some parrots before but he was gentle and docile,the one i have now is pretty aggressive so i don't have high hopes on it working out but i will try once the parrots are done with quarantine.
