the title says it all there is not a lot of sealing on the inside vertical seams of the tank. the is some though and i filled it up over night and it was fine. Should i be worried about it?

Yes. Worry. But then, as aquarium people, we all worry. Just dont worry needlessly. if its a tank from a reputable builder/manufacturer then only worry a little.
