New 75 stocking help

Hey guys. I'm picking up a 75 off craigslist tomorrow and while I'm cycling ill be deciding what to keep in it. I know I want a pair of cichlids that will be happy for life in this tank. I have convicts in a smaller tank, and oscars in larger, so both of those are out.

Ideas? Thanks...

^^ i have one of those and its pretty cool fish. not too many people keep pairs to breed. that would be unique. Also could go for H. Carpintis or Cuban cichlid.

I've had a thing for Salvinis for a while. I think something a bit larger would be more fun to watch, maybe not. The Cubans have me doing a bit more research...they seem awesome.
