My mom works at the Natural History museum as an ornithologist, and bird surgeon. She got this terrarium for free. The tank is 17x8x13. No fish can be in it. It is sealed all the way around, and has mesh for breathing. It is a tall tank, so something that likes to climb would be nice. Open to any and all suggestions besides snakes. My mom doesn’t think it is humane to keep snakes. Insects are a great option. No limit to them. No crested Geckos. I want something oddball-like that I could handle. Stick Insects would be cool.

Dart frogs! Though I wouldn’t handle those.

Looks like the stereotypical cowboy scenes in movies lol. I’m ordering the ghost mantis! Mom’s brining home 3 small aquariums. 5 gallons, I think. Most likely for plants, but maybe I can kiss em up for me to make a Paludarium for red bellied toads :)

2.5 is probably only good for shrimp or dwarf frogs.
