I'm acquiring a new 90g that will house some medium sized, medium aggressive fish.

Stock list, most likely if things go the way I want them to, include:

1x Stunted JD that hasn't grown in a year - 6" and VERY docile, could be housed with discus

1x Kirin Parrot Fish (Docile, very healthy, good eaters) (1.5-2")

1x Jurupari (3")

1x Threadfin Geophagus (3")

Maybe a blood parrot? About 3-4"

I'd like to throw in a school of something or another in there, some sort of dither fish that I haven't quite decided yet.

I'm also thinking of a green phantom pleco, though it's unconfirmed.

Most of these fish will not exceed 6-7", though the Threadfin I've heard get around 8-10" for males. The JD has not and most likely will never grow again. I'm looking for a decent sizes cat fish that will not exceed 10", and preferebly stay around 4-6". Any suggestions?

Raphaels. Striped get 8-12", spotted around 4-6". Tough as nails, but you won't see them much in the daylight. Some pictus cats if you like movement. They're easy to find. There are an assortment of cory's you can get if they JD leaves them alone. Just some ideas to kick around.

I'd want something sociable but get to a decent size (6".)

My girlfriend (it's going to be her tank) decided on this stock list:

1x Kirin Parrot Fish
1x Jurupari
1x Acarichthys heckelii
2x Pictus Catfish
1x L-168 (Butterfly Pleco)
6x Tiger Barbs
6x Bleeding Heart Tetras

I put the Pictus in there because I really don't know what else to put. I want sociable, good temperment, 4-8", and preferebly an active swimmer.

I's suggest a shoal of P.pictus, or if you can get them, something like P.blochi or P.ornartus, though not sure how easy the latter one is to get hold of. With a shoal of 5 or 6, they will be active and make a real feature.
That's my suggestion!
