I'm glad she made it there okay! UPS almost wouldn't let me ship her. This facility said they don't ship live animals and that they only ship koi to restaurants . She pointed to the sign that shows stuff with shipping restrictions (alcohol, tobacco, live animals) and said they don't ship live animals. she got her manager and the manager said he'd ship my koi (I guess cuz I'm asian he assumed I was shipping koi ) but that they usually don't allow it. This is why I don't like shipping....

Mobatic: Yep. Stocking up on rays. I just sold off the last of the non-ray fish this past week. Strictly rays for me for now.

Here's an all around update for my current ladies in one vid so I don't go bumping my individual thread about each ray. They are all very aggressive eaters. The mid-sized marble (the one who's pattern is still recovering) is so aggressive of an eater she will swim halfway through the open water and snatch food before it hits the bottom. The new hybrid female does this "backwards shuffle" when she eats. It's hilarious to watch because her batman points curl down like a claw and flop around like a muppet while she swims backwards from one side of the tank to the next, or in circles while she's eating. I'm thinking about only getting more females for the moment until I get a bigger tank for breeding.
