New addition to the 'cube.

Caught this little guy today fishing. My line tangled on some old line around a pylon on the pier and I brought it up with a bunch of barnacles and the old line.

Ive never seen a hermit like this guy around here. Also, on his shell, there appears to be some mushrooms, maybe anemones? There are about five of them. Thought yall would enjoy checking him out.

If any one can give me an ID on the stuff on his shell Id appreciate it. When handled, they spit out orange stringy stuff.

cant see the hermit...lol... I have no clue about the corals, but I do know that hermits sometimes take and use shells that have anemones and corals growing on them for camoflauge and also protection, as for the type of hermit hard to say from that picture

Couple of guesses - electric blue Hermit, anemone hermit , or purple halloween hermit

No idea of the species of crab...but the decorating thing is not unusual. Pretty cool IMo.
