Well I sold my Yellow Angler as I had stated before I just didnt want to have a tank set up for a species only and didnt like the fact that it wouldnt eat frozen foods. The gentleman that bought it from me has had many anglers. I talked to him the other night and he said it ate one silverside and then quit so hes back to live food so I guess it a stubborn angler. Well anyways the diver made good on his word and replaced the Naso that I had got from him doa and even gave me a larger one. I had asked for a 6-8" one and he sent me a 9" one and she started to eat last night so hopefully she will be around for a while.

nice! keep us updated!

spirulina brine and emerald entree are all good options for food. My powder blue died because of the feeding habits as well, it lasted for 3 weeks before but i never had any luck getting her to feed on anything with protein.

good luck

someone told me to get ocean nutrician formula two but she wont eat that either, someone else said Rods but I havent got that yet. Do you think it would be better in the display tank to get her eating? What do these eat in the wild?

cool fish
saltwater scares me:cry:

brown macroalgae is most common in the wild. sometimes thats all they will eat. it may help to put him in the display tank, but its also a risk at the same time, for disease reasons. He may feel a bit more at home in this case but its certainly something you will want to do with care. Sheets of brown algae can be purchased and fed using a veggie clip. I have also seen some people feed lettuce but im not sure how they take to this sort of food.

good luck.
