New Addition!

Hi everybody!

I just got another bichir for my collection

Its an 10 inch WC P.ornatipinnis! It just arrived an hour ago and i love it!

It is my first ornatipinnis. I ordered a male but it could also be a female at frist sight, doesnt really matter though...

I quikly made some first pictures (sorry for bad quality). The pattern an the whole color ist getting more intense every minute (doenst really come out on the pictures...)

PS: The collection is now: 1 ornatipinnis, 2 delhezi, 2 retropinnis, 3 senegalus

PPS: sorry for my english, but i am german...

nice ornate! keep your substrate dark if you don't want it's colors to fade.

Yes it looks like... but im not sure yet. But as i only have one, it doenst really matter...

Yes i know! The tank it is in right now isnt the tank that it will stay in! The other tank is overall darker...

unfortunately its has a "dead eye"... That wont handicap him much but it is still a pitty... damn...
