New Additions: Geos

i think im hooked on these now..they're such awesome fish

got 3 jurupari..i now have 5 of those.. and one that was labeled as an altifrons..but i'm not so sure can anyone I.D it?

Eartheaters are such cool fish. The one with the large dot in the middle of the body looks to me that it is an altifron. It will come and go with his mood.

Oh yeah, you got to get some sand for them to dig. Get anything. Pool filter crushed quartz works great. Even gravel if you do not want to go so fine. You have to give them something. That is the cool part about watching eartheaters.

Nice pickups! I wouldn't say that geos need sand, but it doesn't hurt. They will rummage around in the substrate even if it's clown puke colored gravel.

they are in a quarantine tank for now, which i keep pretty much bare..once they are ready, they will be added to a 55 set up just for them

One of them looks like a altifrons the others look like juripari, they are nice fish i've got some.
