Awesome plecos, your tank needs plants IMO! Maybe even grow some java moss on some of your wood! Make the tank look much more natural 
Just out of curiosity, do you have any L190 or L330? If so, any chance of a pic of the L27 next to one of them? I'm curious of the color difference. I have been eyeing a xingu from john too...
Yes i have the l190 and 330there the l190 is a little darker than the l027 the eyes on the l27 are a little more of a reder looking cats eye. I am very pleased with john. I want to get the larger papa panaque next time
