New African Cichlid..... ID?

Got him/her at the mixed african tank at PetSmart, not sure on name.

Def not a chipokae, fish is about 2 inches

Some type of Vic. Off the top of my head I can't think of any vics with horizontal bars though.

Looks like a female chipokae although this one looks of low quality Def. not a chipokae... The females are yellow and black... It looks just like my female Tiawan reef but more colorful... That would be my best guess of what it is..

The bars come and go, sometimes even full vertical
First though when i saw it was Hap. Obliquidens, seems to have the same colors(still a juvie), just that the markings were more vertical.
In the first pic you can see some of the vertical markings showing, but unless the fish is completely lit up they don't show.
Might be a hybrid with Obliquidens bloos
