New albinos salfin problems please help!!!

I recently just got a 12 inch Albino Salfon pleco and let’s just say putting him into the tank did not go smoothly the bag of water he was in broke and he fell about a foot under the floor so defiantly stressed. He hasn’t eaten a thing in a couple days now and he has gone to the bathroom twice but it’s been very long stringy and clear/ translucent. I know this is usually a sign of bacterial or parasite but I have also read a couple things that say it doesn’t necessarily mean that that’s what it is. I recently started treating the tank with Riddick and Prazipro today But he still won’t eat a thing does anybody have any idea what I can try or do to get this fish happy and healthy?

Sorry to hear that the Pleco hit the floor. Hopefully it will get better and start eating. Give a little more time.

Could be just stressed from the fall. I’d wait it out. If still not better then i suggest keep the water clean and consider getting metronidazole and garlic mix with food. Then try to feed the fish.
