New and first flowerhorn

Picked up my first flowerhorn today, I've always kept central and South Americans and to be honest, frowned upon hybrids. However there is something about this one I liked just wondering which type it is, and is there anything I can do to encourage kok growth? Also, just after opinions on quality/grade. Thanks in advance! P.s the tank is sitting on the ground and is bare at the moment! 4x18x20

Don't do that lol feed nls, hikari, frozen foods and fresh veggies. Feeding one food would be pretty boring

Why would you feed hikari??? NLS has Superior ingredients compared to hikari and less fillers...
