New! And looking for any advice

Hey my name is Edward I'm 19 I love salt water tanks and fish. I am always up for a project and into tring almost anything DIY. I currently tring to convince my parents to allow me to turn a room into a shark tank for our nurse shark. I would some day like to work at an aquarium even tho that is not likely to happen. Anyone with any tips or criticism good or bad I am open to it. I would rather know then make a huge mistake.

Welcome to the boards!! You'll find a lot of good advice here. I think your first mistake is a nurse shark in a room, unless it's a big room...

The pet store guy lied to us. We really did not know what we were geting into when we got the shark and when someone I know informed me that we made a mistake. I felt horrible. But where we live salt water is not very popular so no one has the capabilities to take the shark from us

Me too the shark is currently in a 150+ tank and I know that is not even near big snuff for the shark i think we are going to make a tank at-least 8x7x4 after we figur out the filtration.
