New anime to watch?

ive watched naruto,bleach,gurenn lagann,basilisk, DBZ,sould eater,
speed grapher,witchblade,blood+,7 samurai,trigun,desert punk
,claymore,yu yu hakusho,one picece, darker then black.
any thig amazing that fits in this area?
im about to watch death note any other suggestions?
and i dont care if its dubbed or subbed.

Cowboy Bebop is great. Just watched Full Metal Alchemist and it was good until the last two episodes. My husband is more into anime than me so I don't know a lot about it. I know the Avatar series isn't really along the same lines as what you're looking for, but even though it's meant for the kiddies we both really enjoyed the entire series.
