New Aquarium Stocking Suggestions

Alright so I'm working on getting a stocking list for a new 50 gallon tank. This 3rd tank :) will be mainly a tank for my daughter and I know for sure she wants angelfish. I'm looking for some suggestions on what else to put in the tank. She really loved the cardinal tetras as well. So with that being said what other fish will be compatible with those two fish?? Are there any dwarf cichlids that anyone would suggest?? Help will be highly appreciated!
 
Lucky daughter :p

I have heard that keyhole cichlids are good smaller bottom dwelling cichlids and very peaceful, even with fry.

I would also suggest A. Thomasi cichlids from west Africa. Peaceful and smaller as well.

Larger corydoras catfish are very enjoyable in larger schools as well. Good luck :)

Very lucky.! Although my girlfriend isn't too thrilled about the increasing number of aquariums Lol. Thanks for the help!

There are a lot of other fish, more people will chip in :)

Alright so basically this is what I have so far.

Angelfish
"2-4Suggested Number of fish would help out"

Tetras "Suggested numbers for these as well"
"6 Cardinal Tetras"
"6 Bleeding Heart Tetras"

Gouramis??
"2-3 Gouramis"

LOACH
"1 Kuhli Loach"

DWARF CICHLIDS
This is the part that Im most worried about. Are all Dwarf Cichlids compatible with angelfish or is it just some? Also what would be the total recommended number of cichlids I can put into the tank? From what I have read I know for sure these species are compatible with angelfish. But not sure if they will do well with the other fish listed.
  • Blue Ram Cichlid
  • Crown Ruby Ram
  • Double Red
  • Apistogramma
  • Orange Cacatuoides
  • Apistogramma

Cory Catfish

Hehe I think that's the best advice so far! Lol main reason she is upset is because I honestly just got into the hobby around 6 months ago. Since then I went from 0 fish to nearly 100. :) But I have always been the type to need something to keep me busy. And this has done the trick.
