thanks for the tip i checked out some pics of the java moss and im stoked to get some in my tank.

Try some amazon swords. There is alot of variety of these kinds. But you gotta make sure your tank can support them. They need a nutrient rich substrate or fertilizers.
i have some lava rock plant beds in the bottom made bt haggen.....im to stategicly place some river stones around the plants in the substrate to stop my parotts from disturbing them....i also have a mix of fine and larger substrate so it doest fit in my parotts mouth
I dig your setup, very nice. I agree with the Java Moss. I'm considering it for my tank as well. I'm not too knowledgeable on the plants either tho. I've already killed one plant.
