so this weekend I got a new baby black aro, which is good because I had been looking for one and was on a mission-
I wasnt sure what size I would end up with, but it didnt matter too much, because as far as tank size and tank mates were concerned I was prepared for anything between 4" and 4'- the little guy is alot closer to 4"- I tried to take a picture with him in the bag in my 300g as a size comparison to my 2' black, but the 2'er seemed like he wanted to eat the new one, bag and all, so I ended up with a crappy pic of them next to each other but not in the tank together-
hes perfect, one picture looks like his back has a wiggle, but it doesnt-
on a side note, the two other fish that were most directly affected by the new aro were my 6"AT and 6"NGT they had to move up to the major leagues(from the 115g growout to the 300g) because I wasnt chancing their appetites or aggresion on jr- the last picture shows the NGT in the lower left corner, with just a few of his new and larger tankmates- neither he nor the silver tiger dominate their tank anymore

lmao, Nice find. I finally got a Silver off wickedjester but he made it to the floor through a 2-3" opening in the top. He was about 20". I'm still bummed. Nice setup. I'll get a ray someday.
