I scooped this lil symmetrical forkbar up from aquascape. Skinny but eating bloodworms.

It was unstable at the store but slowly coloring up nicely. Very friendly too and thats how the symmetrical forkbar got my attention

He is pumping his stomach up with bloodworms.

Good thing he is not shy

Need to find a way to get him on pellets. I tried crushed up sinking massivour pellets but no luck

Need some feedback, theres signs of him eating crushed up pellets only when its dropped in water first but he spits it out when its soaked in water for a while.

I guess the taste of pellets goes away when its soaked for a while

The first time he took a pellet would have been the last time he got anything else until he's slamming those pellet pieces.Which ones are you using. My little dats get Hikari sinking carnivore.

He first started taking color bits, then crushed up floating hikari pellets and then crushed up massivour pellets.
Main diet is bloodworms initially.

He has to take the pellets right otherwise once the pellets is soaked in water for a while, he eats it and spits it out

He will stop spitting them out if nothing else is offered.

This lil fella is now on 100% pellets. Doesnt spit out anymore. Takes both crushed up massivour and hikari
