The last couple of weeks have been busy for my marvelous Molly moms and gorgeous Guppy gals.

Molly moms:
apricot sailfin - 27 babies - orange/black, orange/speckled, apricot, speckled, white
dalmation sailfin - 18 babies - feared some were consumed in the tank - white/black, orange, speckled
light golden sailfin - 13 babies - orange/black, orange/speckled, speckled, light or orange, tan or light speckled

The mollies have been moved to a small tank to raise and feed better.

Guppy gals:
Unidentified females (3 of 6) in tank had babies the last couple weeks. I had 3 on the first batch a couple weeks ago. About 9-10 more came around a week or so. Looks like several more born yesterday.

I keep these in the tank with male and females. They don't eat them but sometimes will chase them at feeding time. I will keep them in the tank until they are a little bit older and will transfer them to another tank to grow. They will be separated into male and female tanks when they can be identified. I keep several babies with the moms and dad's continually - so there is no surprise to them when the babies come and think they are dinner.

Anyone else have their story to share about their mollies and guppies?

No fry from my mollies yet but we have to be close. Both females have large black dots near thier anal fin and I believe they are going to drop fry soon. The dominant male is a cocky little fellow and is always showing his sail fin. They are pretty aggressive fish constantly flaring and chasing eachother. Very entertaining. Here's a video of the male mostly doing what he does best.
