im well chuffed with them and although i lost one because it was just too skinny to move and never had a chance to feed ( and i didnt check :( ) these are ok and seem to be doing well.

they have lovley patterns as you can see, especially in the last pic

im very happy and thanks to the supplier :)

its lived for many years with one or another and never bothers. its slow to get food though so have to make sure it gets some now and again but if you see one up close and you look at its face it looks like the inside of the mouth of one of the creatures from tremors :)

im feeding the rays 4 times a day atm and although this one tends to play with the food more than it eats im hoping its taking something in. ill know in a few days im sure :)

thanks :)

she is a skinny girl and a bit of a concern but i have high hopes :) i think even katemoss has a few meals on this girl :D

They are still available right now, but tomorrow they may be gone - and we have to wait another year or so. They could even get protected for all we know, some day - for some reason... so it`s a good thing people are keeping them as well as breeding them!

This planet is overpopulated of humans, and you never know what will be the next species to be extinct. Please keep them alive :D Good luck!

Hi Gaz.
If you haven't already done it partition them off from the larger rays to stop the competition for food, then get some chopped up earthworms in there...great first food for Hystrix pups...chop em up small.
Good luck!
