fast growing .... I would say... if you have proper diet and space to growth....
I have 2 from 2" inch now about 2.5 feets for 3 to 4 yrs.
For the first year, I put in 5 feets tank and now in 8 feets fiber tank.
I just give them pallets. They eat like crazy.
