You shouldn't keep him on that wet substrate. They like it on the dry side.

its not to wet i am dring it right know

Due you got a full pic of the tank? whats your temps and is the top screen.

You should change the coco stuff to 6-12 inches of dirt so he/she can burrow.

yes i have a lot of cocnut fiber in the tank i will get tank pics later and its about 85 F
in the tank and its a screen top and he can burrow fin he just did it in front of my face

you should try to cover the screen top as it will let a lot of the heat and humidity out of the cage. That will also dehydrate the savannah, due you have a temp gun

yes i do and what should i put on the top

From what I here from successful keepers they need humidity around 50%+. They will get dehydrated and die of kidney failure if you do not, even with a water bowl. ALso the basking spot of 120F+ is an absolute must for proper digestion. Best substrate is 50soil 50% sand. If your savvana can burrow in what you have now it will be fine. He looks healthy and fat. Just keep his diet up and watch him grow. Are you planning a DIY cage? If so we would all apprciate a thread on that. Again nice looking sav and good luck. Post some more pics when he gets big.
