new baby silver

i just got a new 2 inch silver arro
i put him in a 10 gallon because the 55 gallon is way to big and i want to monitor his health, and teach him how to eat certain foods
but my question is
what kinds of foods should i feed him
so far i bought: pelets, freeze dried srhimp, market shrimp, frozen brine and mycis, and krill
and i off to a good start
