It's a skinny lap, I've seen some pics of your tank and it's pretty poorly kept with too big of fish, I think you need to stop buying fish

It looks like a female Nigerian Polypterus Lapradei based on the number of dorsal finlets(14 dorsal spines),head shape(Lower jaw bichir) and body markings.

Looks like a huge clown knife also, can see it in pic two, or maybe it's one of his bowfin that are tearing each other apart.
