Hi , this weekend i picked up a BGK about 20cm, i require some help with the diet , will he eat massivore pallets/bio gold pallets. I asked the petshop what they were feeding him and it was blood worms. How do i go about getting him to eat pallets. Will it pallets or blood worm be better for him?

Bloodworms are not as much nutritious as other kinds of food.
BGKs are opportunistic, and will accept almost everything.
Takes just time..
My advice is to feed what was normal to him and slowly mix in the new
kinds of food.
I feed mine a variety of food, and they accept everything.
They tend to scavenge when its dark, so you might try some little frozen fish.
