New Boa Setup?

I have my red tail boa in an Exo Terra tank now and Im in the process of setting up my 8'L x3'W x30"T acrylic tank for her. I picked up the items needed to make a screen top and Im working on that now. Wondering if you all have any tips and/or how would you set it up? Heating, water, logs, substrate, ect. Thanks
