New Bristle nose baby's

Hi, I have 125g tank with two bristle nose plecos along with some other fish. I came home from work to find 6-7 baby almost transparent baby plecos on the glass of the tank the one of the plecos has his head stuck in a hole in one of my stumps he has been hanging out there for the last sever days I guess my question is are there likely to be more hatch and my tank has a lot of green algae will that be fine or do I need to supplement there food

I would supplement with food (zuchinni, wafers), but also increase water changes.

When my bn's had fry I had over 50 so keep your eyes peeled for more.
