new Bristlenose pleco

Hello im new to the forum and i need help with my pleco he has a fungus of some kind on his gills and it looks like its getting worse ive tried ich killer artemiss and pimafix for a week now and its not getting better pictures attached any idea on what it is and how i can heal him? I know he looks god awful in the pictures but ive tried everything please help

Hard to tell with the photos. Could be fungus. If you can zoom in. Would stop the pimafix and add a little salt 1 tsp per gallon once and make sure the nitrates are low and tank is cycled. Get better pics. If it’s fungus and getting worse then api fungus can work.
