New Build 1300+ gallon need advice

Hello

I'm new to this Forum

i need some tips and advice for my new build

it will be L 250CM x W 150CM x H 150CM and planing to do low stand around 40CM
the tank will be all glass thinking for laminated glass 38 - 40 mm
and sump size L 100cm x W 120cm x 80 cm

some planning bellow







what do you think guy ... give me some idea

Welcome to mfk. Looks like quite a build ya got going on there. If you want to do something like the 2nd pic you might want to look into "all in one" tank setups I think it would fit your build well with the sump being right next to the tank kinda like a giant biocube. Your plumbing confuses me a little, the waterchange line is a good idea for massive tanks. I cant help either on laminated glass, havent heard of it being used often but I do know that 2 pieces of 1/4th inch glass are not as strong as 1/2 inch so id double check on that part because this isnt a small tank. Look forward to seeing progress on this beast

for sump i have 2 idea

i just thinking if i change my build to

L 330cm x W 150cm x H 100cm and water H will be 80cm and the 20cm free space for carving lighting ...
and stand H 100cm and build sump under the tank
than i think i can use 19 -20mm glass

tell me guys what do you think
