New Caldonia

Tried searching and couldn't find much, but has anyone on here been on a trip to New Caledonia for either personal or work? Wanting to visit there and see if anyone has any tips on booking flights/hotels/and best places to go see the rarer species.


Apologize to the mods if this isn't the correct forum, just thought to put it here since the trip is only to see reptiles...I promise to take pictures...

Two minute wikipedia search tells me they speak french, their currency is the Franc, and there is an international airport: Tontouta Internatuonal Airport connects to Paris, tokyo, sydney, auckkand, brisbane, osaka, papeete, fiji, port vila, seoul, and st. Denis.
