New Catfish

I just acquired an electric catfish for my 55g tank he's about 6-7 inches long. i haven't done any research yet but does anyone know their diet? idk what to feed him i had a bunch of feeder fish i think think he's been feeding on them but i don't see him eat so i don't know?

Hmm...well, it grows large, eats anything and will most likely end up killing everything in the tank with it. You know, 'cause it's electric...seriously, I had customer with a marine electric ray who apparently didn't connect the fact it was shocking him with his dying fish...

I haven't owned one but I have heard that they eat anything and everything most likely that would be the only surviving fish in your tank so plan acordingly

they love to eat basically everything... give him hideouts and feed some yummy treats too like scallops, etc.

he had an electric ray? those things get freakin big... where might one procure one of this interesting creatures?
