Here's some shots of my new Centro, and Midas in my 90g. There seems to be very little info on these cats so I will be updating periodically with anything I learn. The Midas is a pig but if I overfeed enough the centro seems to get his share later in the night.

Nice I was thinking about getting one when I first saw them on his list but I'm already well stocked in the doradid department lol.

I honestly had never heard of them until they popped onto his list. I've always drooled over the larger Doradids but never had the tank space. What were you feeding yours when they were around this size if you don't mind me asking? So far he/shes just been getting NLS pellet and I plan to experiment with veggies in the future.

I have two urinoscopus that are vacuum cleaners,They eat mostly different kinds of cichlid sinking pellets including Massivore that my other fish happen to miss. They will also take cut up raw shrimp.

Thanks. He spends most of his time in the shade underneath a ceramic pot (I think my current lighting is a little harsh) so its hard to tell how much he's eating besides the fact that sand bed is covered in food when I go to bed and clean when I get up.

That's the thing with this family of fish, most of them are nocturnal and don't want to be bothered unless they are in total darkness.

Nice. A Doradid that does not exceed 1.5'. The one I've never had. How much was it and how big?

Nice catfish! Like a smaller version of an irwini, maybe I'll look into one for later on :).
