New cfls

I just bought two GE 14 watt CFLs that put out 6500k. I have a 20L and root tabs. Will this setup work for low light plants, like anubias and some mosses/grasses?

i use cfls and used to grow high light plants without ferts. might not work for all high light but it does for some

Before I purchased the CurrentUSA lighting fixture I have now, I used CFL bulbs with great success. Check out some pics of the old version of my tank here:
