New cichla, doesn't look like what I ordered

I just received what was supposed to be 2 cichla piquiti today from a vendor that will remain un-named until I hear back from them and we reach a resolution. I posted this thread because I would like the experts to let me know for sure I am not crazy. So help me ID these guys, I know one is an azul, the other not so much.

The last pic he was still stressed but its the only close up I was able to get and the others can show a good bit of difference between the two.

Thanks for confirming my suspicions everyone. I do want to be clear i am not trying to slander any vendori n any way, I fully believe this was an honest mistake that can be resolved. But i wanted more opinions that just my own before making a big deal out of nothing.

One is likely to be an azul or tem, the other is mono or ocell. Hope its an honest mistake and it gets replaced.
I'd show this thread to the vendor
